We harvest the fresh tips of fragrant high-mountain firs and pines to craft this singular flavor. The fresh aroma of evergreen trees is something everyone in the Pacific Northwest is familiar with - that is the flavor of Rowen Forest Evergreen Syrup - fruity, floral and evergreen fresh.  

This simple syrup pairs with citrus, berry, cranberry, ginger & more to craft wonderfully complex Non-Alcoholic drinks. To make "Tree Soda," simply add a splash to soda water, or squeeze a half lemon in ice water and sweeten with Evergreen Syrup to make a "Forest Lemonade."
