• Forage for chanterelles and other gourmet fungi in the fall & the elusive morel in spring!
• Learn where and how they grow, how to identify them, and gain knowledge that will last a lifetime
• With expert guidance, you'll learn sustainable foraging practices that respect the delicate forest ecosystem.

Prepare, Cook & Feast 

• At a nearby campsite, you will enjoy a meal made from the mushrooms we found on our expedition. You will learn how to transform your mushrooms from the forest floor to a delicious meal in our outdoor kitchen. Then hang out by a campfire while we enjoy a delightful feast - all diets are provided for.
